24-year-old prodigy/irritant Xavier Dolan brings his fourth film Tom at the Farm to the London Film Festival this week, and I’m pleased to report that it’s every ounce the Dolan we know and love: stylish, blissfully overwrought and so totally plastered with self-appointed credits that the words ‘Xavier Dolan’ are now permanently seared into my retinas.
